v0.3.0 — 插件包移到仓库根

变更

• 安装形态改为仓库根：lib/、test/、assets/、cordis.patch.yml、package.json 现在位于仓库根，可直接
  dsh plugin add github:picklerick422/dsh-conv-progress 安装，无需 #subdir。
• 市场条目恢复标准根形态（url 指向仓库根、name 无 # 后缀）。
• 详细参考文档迁移到 docs/plugin-reference.md，设计/算法文档仍为 docs/dsh-conv-progress.md。
• 工具脚本（tools/*.mjs）默认路径改为相对仓库根解析，不再依赖固定绝对路径。

不兼容变更

• 旧安装方式 github:picklerick422/dsh-conv-progress#plugins/dsh-conv-progress 失效，请改用仓库根地址。

校验

• node --test test/estimator.test.mjs test/history.test.mjs → 17 pass / 0 fail
• 真实 GUI 实测：胶囊在输入框下方渲染（calling bash 38% ~6m22s left，aria-valuenow=38，进度条 150×3）
• tarball 内容：package/{LICENSE,README.md,package.json,cordis.patch.yml,lib/*,assets/*}
