Pictaria Server v1.0.0
Pictaria Server v1.0.0 is the first public release of Pictaria's self-hosted companion for Pictaria Frame and Immich.

See the full v1.0.0 changelog.
Compatibility
- Immich 2.0 or newer; explicitly tested with Immich 2.7.5 and 3.1.0.
- The published container uses Node 22.
- Bare-Node installs require
^22.16.0 || >=23.8.0.
Other Immich versions may work but have not been explicitly validated. Review the Immich compatibility policy before upgrading Immich.
Important operating notes
- Create and verify a complete backup before every upgrade. Follow Backup and restore and Upgrading and rollback.
- Pictaria Server is designed for a trusted LAN or private VPN and uses one shared administrator password. Do not port-forward it directly; use a private VPN or a correctly configured HTTPS reverse proxy for access beyond the LAN.
- Optional cloud AI, text-to-speech, weather, and geocoding features send only the requests you configure to the selected providers. Local providers keep supported AI work within infrastructure you operate.
- Pictaria Server has no Pictaria-operated cloud service, telemetry, or analytics.
For help, use Pictaria support. Report security issues privately as described in the security policy.
