fix: pack Windows MSIX from resizetizer-resolved manifest (#32)

* fix: resolve MSIX manifest placeholders in Windows release packaging

The 'Pack signed MSIX' steps ran 'winapp pack' against the checked-in MAUI
Package.appxmanifest, which still contains unresolved MAUI \\$
tokens (DisplayName, Logo, tile/splash images, Identity Name). WinAppCLI only
auto-resolves \\$/\\$, so packing failed with
'The manifest contains unresolved placeholders: \\$'.

Generate a fully-resolved packaging manifest and image assets at build time
with 'winapp manifest generate' and 'winapp manifest update-assets' (from
appicon.svg), then pack both x64 and arm64 against it. Publisher is pinned to
CN=User Name to match the signing certificate subject. Artifact and output
names are unchanged.

Validated locally (arm64) with winapp 0.4.0: produces a signed ~100 MB .msix
with no remaining placeholders and Executable resolved to LogViewer.exe.
