chore(release): v0.2.1 (#1)

## What & why
Cut **v0.2.1** so fpl's release / self-update channel matches the
renamed repo
(`fpl` → `fpl-cli`) and includes the commits landed since v0.2.0:
- `chore`: repo rename + self-update repo/link update
- `test`: FPL presenter/renderer coverage, error-body parser coverage
- `ci`: single macOS job cross-builds both darwin targets

Version-only change (`Cargo.toml` + `Cargo.lock`). After merge I'll tag
`v0.2.1`
to trigger the release workflow.

## Checks
