Sweep: improve cleanAccount stored procedure to accept a list of accounts

Currently, the cleanAccount stored procedure can be used to delete the database records for an individual account. Extend it to take a list of accounts.

Shouldn't be that, we're able to finish the entire retrieval step. The bug is actually on branch creation, which is strange

@pierre Found the issue! We name our branches sweep/{feature}, but it turns out your repository already has a sweep branch. Looks like this branch doesn't have any changes, so would you mind deleting this branch to get Sweep to work?
