This PR trims AGENTS.md down to persistent instructions and moves task-specific repo guidance into .agents/skills. It adds skills for browser automation, git commits, performance, testing and verification, tooling and dependencies, TypeScript monorepo conventions, and worktrees/dev servers. It also ignores .agents/ignore/ for local agent plans/specs. Verification: bun run format passed; bun run lint still fails on pre-existing TypeScript lint issues in apps/docs and apps/demo.
