  • Updated the default location of run_logs/ and runtime_artifacts/ to the current working directory (CWD), ensuring the CLI behavior of the installed version better aligns with user expectations.

  • Enhanced the upgrade workflow for Windows/uv logic to properly handle self-upgrades, termination of active processes, and false-positive failures caused by entrypoint file locks.

  • Rewrote the Quick Setup and Upgrade sections in UserManual.md to ensure the documentation is consistent with actual installation and upgrade behaviors.
