Mayasim v1.0

Fortran flavoured Python implementation of the original Netlogo version of Mayasim. Reproduces the Stylized facts of the original version, runs sufficiently fast to serve for production purposes and has been thoroughly documented. Following Improvements can be made upon data structure, alternative implementations of agricultural and trade income and for testing the importance of the cyclical dynamics of the precipitation pattern.
