The first real sync run failed at the R2 upload with 403 code 10000: the repo's CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN is Pages-scoped. This makes the workflow prefer a dedicated CLOUDFLARE_R2_TOKEN secret (Account → R2 → Edit) with fallback to the existing token.
