Data-driven card for io.pilot.tldr — the tldr-pages client tlrc 1.13.1 fronting example-first man pages for ~7,350+ CLIs. Adds the app to app-overrides.json + app-methods.json, wires gen-apps maps (infra category, official teal-on-navy logo), and regenerates apps.ts. Build + plain-coverage green.

Regenerated apps.ts via gen-apps.mjs against current main (post-#130 demos + post-#380 catalogue); re-spliced the io.pilot.tldr override, methods, category, icon treatment, and ordering entries on top. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds the app-store card for io.pilot.tldr — the official open-source tldr-pages client tlrc v1.13.1, packaged as a native app that fronts simplified, community-driven man pages for ~7,350+ command-line tools (example-first cheat-sheets for almost every CLI an agent uses).
