Build note: linux-x86_64 archive

The pineforge-v1.6.2-linux-x86_64.tar.gz archive was built by the maintainers outside CI, because a CI runner restriction stopped the release job's Linux x86-64 leg. It was built from tag v1.6.2 (commit dfe5f36) with the release workflow's own build steps in an Ubuntu 22.04 userland with GCC 11.4.0, the same compiler and glibc floor as v1.6.1.
