[Feature]: Make The Input / Question Prompt Collapsible

Problem or use case

When the agent is asking for input, and the question takes up a lot of space (long text, many options), the question dialog covers up almost the entire thread. If I want to read the thread content to see the agent's reasoning for asking the question, it is hard to do. See screenshot:

Proposed solution

Make the question dialog header clickable. Clicking the header would collapse the dialog down in a way that only the header is visible (the question body and options are hidden). Clicking the header again would restore the original dialog height. There needs to be a clear visual indication that clicking the header will collapse/restore the dialog.

Why this matters

This benefits users with smaller screens (i.e. on laptops).

Make the header clickable to collapse/restore the dialog.
