[Bug]: Queued prompts seem to interact badly with questions

Steps to reproduce

1. Queue some prompt
2. When Claude asks question provide some notes
3. The result seem to be mangled, at the end my queue contained the note, and the queued prompt did not reach model?

Expected behavior

Queue does not interact with questions.

Actual behavior

Queue does interact with questions.
