[Bug]: Cannot initialize conversation

Expected behavior

Should send the prompt and open a conversation

Actual behavior

promptinit.mov

Opening a new conversation resulted in opening a conversation returning working as state but then giving a black window of the main content. Restarting it then resulted in following error with the response redicated here:
