[Bug]: Context Window meter doesn't update with selected context window on Claude sessions

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a new Claude session
2. Set Context Window as 200k
3. The Context Window meter still marks 1m as max limit

Expected behavior

Context Window meter (or whatever the official name is) should adjust to the context window selected, so that the max changes to 200K or 1M accordingly.

Actual behavior

Context Window meter always measures the context in 1M, no matter the context window selected.

Workaround

Just looking at the Context Window meter for the actual values, instead of relying on the visual info (as intended).
