feat(marketing): add a Windows 95 landing page

Adds a Windows 95 marketing page at /95 with generated retail software boxes for Stable, Nightly, and all six coding providers. The regular homepage stays unchanged.

The browser window supports dragging, minimize, maximize, and internal scrolling. Stable and Nightly sit directly above the providers, with Claude and Codex visible without scrolling at common desktop sizes. Images use responsive WebP assets stored in the repo. Provider subscription charges remain explicit.

Validation: marketing Astro check and build pass after rebasing onto main. Browser checks covered desktop and phone layouts, image loading, overflow, and window controls.
