Snapshot compression: the sidecar now requests event snapshots from Frigate at height=360&quality=60 (was height=480), so cloud-cached notification images are ~60-100 KB instead of ~200-300 KB. Frigate does the resize/encode — zero extra CPU on the sidecar host — and thumbnails stay legible. This is the biggest lever on the relay's per-push egress cost.
