A small patch for 1.3.2, all of it in the dashboard header.
Settings no longer covers Add Credential. Settings was pinned to the top-right corner directly over the header's action row, so it overlapped the Add Credential button at every window width below 2200px. On a phone it covered between half and two thirds of it, so tapping the middle of Add Credential opened Settings. It now sits in the header row with the other actions.
The header clears a phone's camera cutout. The Keyper wordmark was running under the cutout and getting cut in half on an installed app. The header now pads itself by the top safe area and paints its background behind the cutout.
The header fits a narrow screen. At 320px it used to overflow by about 108px and push Settings off the screen. The logo, wordmark, and labels now scale down so the row fits from 320px up.
No database changes and no migration. If you are on 1.3.2, update and reload. Docker users need a rebuild or repull, since a restart alone keeps serving the old bundle.
