Quota v1.7.0 adds a setting for showing usage as what's left or what's used, and every card, bar, and tray line now follows it (#7).
Show usage as
Settings, Appearance, Show usage as: Remaining (the default) or Used. It changes the percentage, the left/used label, and how the bar fills on every card. The tray menu follows it too.
Cards used to disagree with each other about this. Some showed what was left, some showed what was used, and Kiro showed one next to a bar filled by the other. They all match now.
- Count and dollar rows like Copilot
12 / 300keep their text, but their bars follow the setting. - Any percentage row turns red once 20% or less is left, in either mode.
- Low-quota notifications still trigger on what's left, so your threshold doesn't change meaning.
VS Code extension 1.4.0
- Panel bars now fill the same way as the
quota.statusBar.displaysetting. quota.statusBar.displaynow defaults topercentRemainingto match the desktop app. If you never changed it, you'll see% leftinstead of% used. Set it topercentUsedto switch back.
