OpenInOtty v0.0.2

More reliable path handling and Otty launch.

What's new

  • Find Otty by bundle id (Launch Services), not only /Applications
  • Finder path: selection first (file → parent folder), then window, then Desktop
  • Tab focus: after tab new, match by resolved cwd and tab focus <id>
  • Fallback: if otty-cli is missing or fails → open -a Otty.app <path>
  • Clearer error alerts when something goes wrong

Install

  1. Download OpenInOtty-0.0.2.zip
  2. Replace /Applications/OpenInOtty.app
  3. Re-add to the Finder toolbar if the icon looks stale (⌘-drag)
tccutil reset AppleEvents com.local.OpenInOtty   # only if permissions are stuck
