Fixes

• Security: make_api_request no longer mutates the caller's params dict, which could leak the user's Meta access token in tool responses that echo their params (e.g. update_ad_creative error responses). (#145)
• Targeting: estimate_audience_size preflight now accepts custom_locations/places/electoral_districts geo keys instead of rejecting radius-based targeting as "Missing target audience location". (#147)
