⚠️ One-time upgrade notice for version 3.0.2
Version 3.0.2 initializes new databases from a consolidated schema and no longer includes the historical migration chain. Existing databases must already have completed migrations through version 2.10.0. Back up databases before upgrading; databases with incomplete migrations are not upgraded by this release.

New features & improvements

  • Migrated the renderer data layer to Redux Toolkit Query for shared caching, loading states, error handling, and cache invalidation.
  • Added quick client creation directly from the invoice and quote client selector, with automatic selection of the newly created client.
  • Centralized Electron, webserver, Docker, and frontend environment configuration, documented supported variables, and exposed PostgreSQL pool and webserver session lifecycle overrides in Docker Compose.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed AppImage compatibility with older supported Linux distributions by using a static runtime and compiling native dependencies against Ubuntu 22.04, preventing blank startup caused by an incompatible sqlite3 glibc requirement.
