• Git: Ignore core.filemode differences and preserve executable permissions on
  Windows
• Fixed an issue where clean files with executable (+x) permissions (e.g. scripts
  created on Linux/macOS) were falsely reported as modified on Windows when core. filemode = false.
• Preserved executable mode flags in the Git index when staging modified files on
  Windows to prevent accidental stripping of +x permissions.
