First public release.

A function plotting plugin for Notepad++. One WebView2 page, two builds from the
same sources - Delphi and Lazarus.

The attached archive is the Lazarus/Free Pascal build. Nothing in it needs a
commercial compiler: take the sources and you can rebuild the same file
yourself. The Delphi sources are published and checked alongside, but no binary
built with Delphi is shipped.

Install: copy the GraphBuilder folder into the plugins folder of Notepad++, with
the editor closed. INSTALL.txt inside the archive spells it out and lists the
sha256 of every file.

Needs the WebView2 runtime - Windows 11 already has it.
