GraphBuilder for Notepad++ 1.3.6

GraphBuilder 1.3.6: nothing changes in the panel, the release belongs to the
packages.

1.3.6 fixes a unit-name clash reproduced when the parser is built against the
LCL on Linux, and adds Lazarus project files and a starting example to
CrossGraph.

The plugin is rebuilt and renumbered because it is built from the same tree:
Parser and Cache pick their Messages by target now. The shipped plugin is
Win64, where Messages still comes from the RTL, so this parser fix does not
change what the plugin does; the rebuild only keeps the library in step with
the 1.3.6 sources.

If you are on 1.3.5 and the panel works for you, you do not need to update the
plugin for these fixes.

The archive contains GraphBuilderLaz.dll, WebView2Loader.dll, the UI page
and the syntax reference. Close Notepad++, unpack it into a folder named GraphBuilderLaz
inside the editor's plugins folder, and start it again. The folder has to
carry that name: Notepad++ looks for a plugin only in a folder named after the
library itself, and the library here is GraphBuilderLaz.dll. Then press Alt+B.
