Stops Adaptive Lighting from turning a light back on when a brightness command was already in the KNX pipeline at the moment of physical off.

  • Cancel ongoing adaptations when physical_off_guard is set
  • Skip turn_on if the guard is already active
  • If our own interval turn_on still wins the race, turn the light off again
