Bundles the merged dashboard work for release: - #28 plain hero Total Tokens readout (LED highlight removed) - #29 layout v2 (Hero+Trend top row, Provider→Context vertical stack, multi-provider Context breakdown, drill-down context de-dup) Merging to main triggers npm-publish.yml, which builds the dashboard and publishes @ipv9/tokentracker-cli@0.39.23 (skips if already present).
