Ships #31: Activity Heatmap moves into the Context Breakdown row (Heatmap cols 1-2, Context cols 3-6); Identity drops its two-row span to a single-row rail beside Provider. Merging to main triggers npm-publish.yml; the publish job attempts an automated publish but is expected to fail on 2FA — release is hand-published via OTP on main.
