Fix: Session fixes

• Die PxSessionId wird nicht mehr global im Paket gespeichert, sondern pro Client-Instanz verwaltet.
• Verwenden Sie client.GetPxSessionId() um die aktuelle Session-ID der Instanz zu erhalten.
• Der HTTP-Client wird jetzt pro Instanz erstellt. Alternativ kann ein eigener Client via Options.HTTPClient gesetzt werden.
• Logging: Übergeben Sie optional einen Logger via Options.Logger; falls nicht gesetzt, steuert Options.Log die Standard-Logs.

Fix GetList for all Proffix Rest-API Versions

Fixed GetList so it will work with all versions of Proffix Rest-API.

Info: Somewhere between v.4.43 and v.4.42 of Proffix Rest-API the location response in headers for endpoint PRO/Liste/{ListenNr}/generieren changed (not documented, breaking change). With this fix all versions should work.
