[pixels-common] remove request division and refine reconnect for S3. #350
Description
According to evaluation results, the request division currently does not provide any performance improvement.
We decide to remove it. Thus it would be easier to manage the S3 connections (e.g., reconnect to S3).
This feature could be recovered if needed in the future.
