[pixels-presto, pixels-hive] cache is not mapped to table. #78
Description
We have not mapped cache to table in the connectors (pixels-presto, pixels-hive).
So that even if there is not cache on a table, the connector still tries to read the cache, which may affect the query performance on tables without cache.
