Install

brew tap piyushrajput0/mactoys https://github.com/piyushrajput0/MacToys
brew trust --cask piyushrajput0/mactoys/mactoys
brew install --cask mactoys

Homebrew will not install a cask from a personal tap until you say you trust
it, which is what the middle line does.

Or download the zip below, unzip it, and drag MacToys.app into your
Applications folder.

First launch

macOS will say the developer cannot be verified. That is expected — MacToys is
signed, but not with a $99/year Apple Developer certificate. Open System
Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway. You
only do this once.

Then grant Accessibility (window snapping, the remapped keys) and Screen
Recording (snip and OCR) when asked. Everything else works without granting
anything, and MacToys will not nag you.

Something not working? Menu bar → Diagnostics tells you which feature is
stuck and what to do about it.
