v0.1.0 — Frame-locked playback sync + shorter-video timeline offset

Tighter playback sync, more reliable file loading, and a new offset control for differently-sized clips.

• Shift the shorter video in time — drag the new light-gray band on the timeline to align an excerpt or trimmed clip against its full-length counterpart. Hold Shift to snap to frames.
• Frame-locked playback sync — the two videos no longer drift apart during playback. When a decoder can't quite manage 1×, the leader slows to match rather than the laggard dropping frames.
• Drag-and-drop loading is reliable again on Electron 39+ — no more "second video occasionally won't play".
• MKV files (and other containers Chromium decodes but doesn't advertise) now load instead of being rejected as unsupported.
• Clicking a timeline tick mark during playback now seeks and resumes correctly.
• Plus the usual smaller fixes — O keyboard shortcut for Overlay, frame-accurate timecode rounding, and accurate framerate detection.
