0.7.0 shipped enable_fast_train, enable_dense_offload, DenseDiskSource and
enable_nvme_residency as MODULES but not as NAMES -- none was in __init__.py,
so `from experts4bit_qlora import enable_fast_train` raised ImportError on the
released wheel. __all__ goes 33 -> 43, and a check now asserts every symbol the
README tells you to call is actually exported.

Also: a README that had drifted two releases behind -- a door table listing six
modes when there were ten and telling a training reader to call nothing, a cost
figure quoting the eval delta against a band registered on train loss, a
single-host section header above two-host numbers, and a removal promise 0.7.0
itself falsified.
