• I have updated the title to accurately reflect the bug description

Description

After the user clicks on the link to view the issue, it's not possible to click on it again:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the back issues
2. Extend its options
3. Click on the "View" link
4. Go back to the administrative panel
5. Try to click on "View" again

Expected Result

The link shouldn't be disabled.

Actual Result

The link is disabled.

There are more cases across the application, I remember about seeing some on the plugin settings of some plugins (e.g. "Download ..." leads to a file download, and then the link gets disabled, waiting for a "feedback").
