Description
After the user clicks on the link to view the issue, it's not possible to click on it again:

Steps to Reproduce
- Access the back issues
- Extend its options
- Click on the "View" link
- Go back to the administrative panel
- Try to click on "View" again
Expected Result
The link shouldn't be disabled.
Actual Result
The link is disabled.

There are more cases across the application, I remember about seeing some on the plugin settings of some plugins (e.g. "Download ..." leads to a file download, and then the link gets disabled, waiting for a "feedback").
