Bootstrap Typify macOS app and build flow

Initialize the full Typify app: menu bar app entrypoint, main panel/settings/onboarding UI, global hotkeys, ESC emergency stop, typing engine (countdown, jitter, typo simulation, resume progress), and persistent snippet/settings storage. Add CLI build script (`build.sh`), app packaging/signing, bundled `Assets.car`, updated README usage/build docs, and vendor the AskForPermission library (with documented Swift 6 compatibility patches) for guided TCC permission onboarding.
