Running
brew install mysql-clienttoday will give you MySQL 9.0's client.Trying to use
pscale shellwith the MySQL 9 client will produce theAuthentication plugin 'mysql_native_password' cannot be loadederror shown in planetscale/discussion#648I believe any MySQL 8 client will work so we might as well recommend the latest.
