KOSMOS v1.2.0 introduces major improvements to both the visual interface and the audio engine, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of the instrument.

🚀 LCD User Interface

  • Added a full 240x240 LCD-based real-time UI
  • Implemented step bars, parameter display, and mode indicators (E / S / B)
  • Moved all UI rendering to Core0 for stable and responsive updates
  • Fixed step bar artifacts and improved overall visual clarity

🎧 PCM5102 DAC Integration

  • Added support for high‑quality stereo output via PCM5102
  • Moved Core1 audio processing to RAM execution (__not_in_flash_func)
  • Completely eliminated jitter, noise, and arpeggio collapse
  • Achieved stable and reliable PRA32‑U–based audio performance

🔧 Additional Improvements

  • Stabilized mode switching (Euclid / Step / Both)
  • Improved responsiveness through full separation of UI and audio tasks
  • General performance and stability enhancements

With this release, KOSMOS brings together visual expression, generative behavior, and high‑quality audio output, greatly enhancing its identity as a standalone instrument.
