• Cámaras monocromo con filtros: imágenes en color. Carga a la vez las tomas de todos los filtros con sus flats y PixAstro hace el resto: reconoce el filtro de cada toma (por la cabecera FITS o por el nombre del archivo o la carpeta), calibra cada filtro con sus propios flats, alinea todas las tomas entre sí, apila cada filtro y los combina en color. Admite LRGB y RGB, y en banda estrecha HOO (Hα + OIII) y SHO (paleta Hubble).
  Mono cameras with filters: colour images. Load the frames of all filters at once with their flats and PixAstro does the rest: it recognises each frame's filter (from the FITS header or the file or folder name), calibrates each filter with its own flats, aligns all frames with each other, stacks each filter and combines them in colour. Supports LRGB and RGB, and for narrowband HOO (Hα + OIII) and SHO (Hubble palette).

• Flats mal etiquetados. Algunos programas de captura marcan los flats como «Light». Si están en una carpeta de flats, PixAstro los reconoce por su contenido.
  Mislabelled flats. Some capture programs tag flats as "Light". If they are in a flats folder, PixAstro recognises them by their content.
• Probado con cámaras astronómicas refrigeradas (ZWO ASI2600MC a color y ASI1600MM monocromo con filtros LRGB). El FITS exportado queda siempre en el rango 0–1, y la línea de comandos crea la carpeta de salida si no existe.
  Tested with cooled astronomy cameras (ZWO ASI2600MC colour and ASI1600MM mono with LRGB filters). Exported FITS is always in the 0–1 range, and the command line creates the output folder if it doesn't exist.

Novedades / What's new

• Filtros duales de banda estrecha (Hα + OIII) en cámaras a color. PixAstro detecta automáticamente las tomas hechas con filtros tipo L-eXtreme, L-eNhance o similares y compone la imagen en paleta HOO: la nebulosa ya no sale toda roja, el OIII aparece en tonos azulados y las estrellas quedan blancas.
  Dual narrowband filters (Hα + OIII) on colour cameras. PixAstro automatically detects frames taken with L-eXtreme, L-eNhance or similar filters and composes the image in the HOO palette: the nebula no longer comes out all red, OIII shows in bluish tones and stars stay white.
• Flats mal etiquetados. Algunos programas de captura marcan los flats como «Light». Si están en una carpeta de flats, PixAstro ahora los reconoce por su contenido y los usa.
  Mislabelled flats. Some capture programs tag flats as "Light". If they are in a flats folder, PixAstro now recognises them by their content and uses them.

Novedades / What's new

• Reducción de ruido mucho más eficaz. El grano en forma de manchas que dejaban las tomas con poca señal (cámaras sin refrigerar, poco tiempo de exposición total) ahora se elimina casi por completo, sin perder estrellas débiles ni detalle de la nebulosa. El ruido se mide y se reduce por escalas en lugar de solo a nivel de píxel.
  Much more effective noise reduction. The blotchy grain left by low-signal data (uncooled cameras, short total integration) is now almost completely removed, without losing faint stars or nebula detail. Noise is measured and reduced scale by scale instead of only at the pixel level.
