Changes since v3.33.5:

• Installer improvements:
  1. Avoid creating a new .bash_profile file (on Ubuntu this would override
     .profile)
  2. Allow the shell config selection to be overridden with a
     PLATFORMSH_CLI_SHELL_CONFIG_FILE environment variable.
  3. Remove some assumptions about the config file already existing.
• Make environment labels consistent when environment titles and IDs differ.
• Add --refresh option to mount:size command.
• Get the environment's current deployment from the cache when listing apps
  (minor performance improvement).
