Changes since v3.45.0:

New features:

• Add --charset option to the db:dump command.

  Specifying the character set is recommended for any database dump.
  If your application database is in MySQL's utf8mb4, for example, use:

  platform db:dump --charset utf8mb4
  

• Add --branch option to the push command.

  This allows a new environment to be created as an active branch from a
  specified parent - thus inheriting settings from that parent - rather than
  setting the parent later.

• Add bitbucket_server integration support.

Other changes:

• Installer:

  • Add --shell-type option to specify 'bash' or 'zsh' to the installer, for
    example:

    curl -sfS https://platform.sh/cli/installer | php -- --shell-type bash
    

  • Add --manifest option to use a test or development manifest file.

  • Require the curl, openssl and pcre PHP extensions (and stop requiring
    mbstring).

  • The --dev option will now allow any version string.

• Rename "Capacity" to "% Used" in the mount:size command.

  Also makes column machine names consistent with the db:size command.
