Changes since v3.56.3:

• More ssh certificate improvements:
  • Use a wildcard include for SSH configuration, to reduce the need for
    updates to the ~/.ssh/config file.
  • Include default SSH identity files in SSH config, as well as the
    certificate's identity file. This means the default keys
    (e.g. ~/.ssh/id_rsa) are included as a fallback if the SSH certificate
    is not accepted.
• Fix local build when pip3 exists, but not pip.
• Read routes from the deployments API in the route:list (routes) command.
• Recommend all apps/services/workers commands from each other.
• Avoid listing an empty To email address in the integration:list
  (integrations) command.
