New features:

• Improve SSH key commands
  • Provide a choice and a more meaningful key name when generating a key in the
    ssh-key:add command.
  • Clarify the account that an SSH key is going to be added to.
  • Append the .pub extension automatically.
  • Show the local path (if present) in the ssh-key:list (ssh-keys) command.
  • Ensure session-based SSH configuration is up to date, when running any SSH command.
• Automatically select an SSH key from ~/.ssh corresponding to the user
  account when there are multiple identities available, and specify it in SSH
  commands.
• Provide an interactive choice in the integration:update command when no
  integration ID is specified.
• Add a session:switch command (beta), which helps change the session when
  managing multiple accounts. When there is more than one session present,
  information (session ID and logged-in user email) is displayed in various
  relevant commands.

Other changes:

• Fix irrelevant 403 errors when the user does not have access to the current
  project, but they specified another project in the command line anyway.
• Include only one session's SSH certificate configuration.
• Fix use of certifier URL configuration.
• Remove the command auth:password-login, which no longer works.
