Fix script display in the integration:list command.

Meta / docs / administrative / non-CLI changes:

Change default/main branch from master to 3.x.
Update README: Add note about a possible need for "php.exe" when running the
installation command.
Fix "box" composer.lock file for Composer 2 compatibility.
Add --insecure option to the installer (for temporary/development use,
to bypass TLS verification).
Increase timeout when fetching activity logs (for development use).
