Changes since v3.64.2:

• Include SSH options for all calls to Git.
  Some non-obvious commands such as environment:delete --merged were not adapted
  for SSH certificates ("Keyless SSH") because they did not invoke Git in the
  right way. This commit ensures that any Git commands that need SSH (any "online"
  commands) will still work with SSH certificates (even without any adaptations to
  $HOME/.ssh/config).
• Fix loading backups choices in backup:restore command.
  (The result API filter cannot currently be combined with others)
• Fix drush alias command for Enterprise projects.
