Fixes connecting (or reconnecting) to intervals.icu failing with a "Duplicate scope CALENDAR" error, introduced in v3.0.1 alongside the new calendar push.

If v3.0.1 showed you that error: update, then connect to intervals.icu again — one click, and calendar push works from there.

Everything from v3.0.1 is included: push planned workouts to your intervals.icu calendar (button or keep-in-sync setting), heart-rate targets for HR plans, and Domestique only ever touching its own calendar entries.
