Usage
Select your VPN interface:
Use "Auto Detect" to automatically find your VPN interface
Or manually select from the list of available interfaces
Start monitoring:
Click "Start Monitoring" to activate the killswitch
The application will now watch your VPN connection
Automatic protection:
If your VPN disconnects, internet access will be automatically disabled
You'll receive both visual and audible alerts
Stop monitoring:
Click "Stop Monitoring" when you want to disable the killswitch
How It Works
The application continuously monitors your selected network interface:
Checks interface status and IP addresses regularly
Uses typical VPN IP ranges and interface names to identify VPN connections
If the VPN interface becomes unavailable:
Immediately releases your IP address (ipconfig /release)
Shows an alert and plays warning sounds
Prevents any internet traffic from leaking outside the VPN
