Breaking Changes
-
clean-arch:validateis removed. If your pipeline calls it, replace the call with the generated rules:composer require --dev phparkitect/phparkitect php artisan clean-arch:make-arch-rules vendor/bin/phparkitect check
Commit the generated
phparkitect.phpand runcheckin CI. It exits 1 on violations, asclean-arch:validatedid. On a codebase that already has violations, runvendor/bin/phparkitect generate-baselineonce and commitphparkitect-baseline.json:checkreads it on its own and fails only on new violations. Expect the first run to report more than the old command did, because the generated rules follow inheritance chains: a command extending a project base command, or a job extending a base job that implementsShouldQueue, is now reported -
The
ParsesPhpSourceconcern is removed with the command it served.ResolvesArchitectureDirectoriesandRendersStubsstay, they belong to the generation commands. Anything that usedParsesPhpSourceoutside this package has to bring its own token parsing
Removed
- 589 lines of hand written PHP analysis, 325 of
ParsesPhpSourceand 264 of the command. The package no longer parses application source: it writes a phparkitect configuration and phparkitect does the work, which also brings baselines, the GitLab and JSON output formats and a maintained expression set
