First stable release. From here on a breaking change means a new major.

Since 0.6.0:

• contains uses plin-code/laravel-sql-dialect: case insensitive on PostgreSQL (ILIKE), driver specific escaping, wildcards in the term matched literally.
• Four composite indexes on the typed value columns. A fresh install gets them from the create migration; an existing install publishes the migrations again (only the new file is copied) and migrates.
• InvalidFilterValueException: a malformed filter value renders as a 400 with no app side mapping and is not reported. The 0.3.0 and 0.6.0 notes that called the old exception "a 400" were wrong; see the changelog corrections.
• CustomField and CustomFieldValue declare $fillable. A key outside it is discarded, or throws under Model::preventSilentlyDiscardingAttributes().
• whereCustomField() throws for an empty string and treats null as "no stored value".
• An empty item inside a contains list and a null element inside any list are refused. A select option keyed "0" works again.
• The README leads with the problem and a quick start; the reference lives in docs/. A drift test keeps README, docs and the Boost resources in line with the code.
